Stalker Call of Pripyat is the third part of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series and was the most current part of the series until the announcement of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chernobyl. The graphic engine is X-Ray 1.6 and supports DirectX 11 now. The developers included many innovations: the HUD had a makeover and emissions are new in the Game. The emissions led to the fact that you had to seek shelter. NPC’s will not suffer from the emissions too and will sought refuge and protection. Due the emissions there is also the possibility that already looted artifacts respawn.

As always, there is a huge open world map and the old Eastern Bloc charm makes fan hearts beat faster! As allways the Modding Community is very active and you find some highly recommended mods that enhance the game or even completely revamp the gaming experience.
