Time do do more Disk 2 stuff! Before we continue with the Story there are some things we can try out. Lets start with Gold Saucer. Last time we visited there was some things we could not do. Since this Blog is here to preserve Gaming Culture lets try everything we can do there now. Gold Saucer is a place with many Minigames. It makes sense to Collect the Gold Saucer Currency “GP” early when you go for a golden Chocobo. Otherwise you need to pay every time you enter. With 300 GP You can buy a Ticket which gives you permanent access to Gold Saucer, this will save you some good chunks of Money!

So lets start with some Chocobo Racing. But we do not have a Chocobo right now. If you do Chocobo Racing with your own Chocobo he will rank up. Breeding higher ranked Chocobos will get your Chocobo Kids better stats. Those stats are only relevant for Chocobo Racing, if you just wanna have the GOlden Chocobo to get to everypart of the Map you dont need to do this. But you can win some very nice Items in the Chocobo Races. But right now there is only betting on other Chocobos possible. You can win some prices here too.

In the Wonder Square you can replay some Minigames that can be found in the Game, at the moment there is no Ski or Submarine Game available. It will be unlocked once you play it in the actual Game. The Battle Square is now accessible too, but some fights might be pretty hard. Here you can grind also valuable Gear and Weapons like Clouds Final Limit Attack.
